Assisted Living Community Breaks Ground in Lake Zurich

Clairview Assisted Living to open fall of 2012 on Church Street.

Denver-based Spectrum Retirement LLC, known for senior living communities that deliver luxury at an affordable price, started construction, Wednesday, on its senior community at 777 Church St. in Lake Zurich, with Charles Hall Construction LLC acting as general contractor. 

The community, called Clairview Assisted Living, will provide Assisted Living and Memory Care to seniors in spacious, comfortable apartments featuring Spectrum’s state-of-the-art amenities, upscale dining and signature lifestyle programs. The 79-unit community is conveniently located near shopping, local public parks and golf courses.

Sevo anticipates a fall 2013 opening date. Interested community members can make reservations for Clairview’s month-to-month rental program starting today at ClairviewAssistedLiving.com. Clairview is Spectrum’s second community in the greater Chicago area. 

Residences will range from studio-sized suites to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot duplex units. Each residence is designed to maximize independence, health, security and peace of mind, while also supporting seniors who need more assistance. Clairview will also feature on-site personal care services and licensed providers who offer physical rehabilitation, speech and occupational therapies, and monthly health screenings.

Once open, the community will employ 30 full-time and 20 part-time caregivers from the area.
