Lake Zurich District 95 School Calendars Help Parents Plan Ahead
District's school calendar has tons of activities this month.
Lake Zurich students will head back to school on Monday, Aug. 26, but there is plenty to do before the big first day.
The district-wide Residency Event is Monday, Aug. 12. Sports physicals are due Tuesday, Aug. 13 and the Illinois High School Association begins the fall season on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
Building tours throughout the Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 begin on Tuesday, Aug. 20. The makeup date for the district’s Residency Event is also that day.

Kindergarteners will get a chance to see what it will be like to ride a bus at an orientation at noon for students attending morning sessions and 1 p.m. for students attending afternoon sessions on Wednesday, Aug. 21.
Lake Zurich High School holds its first assembly on Friday, Aug. 30.
