Learn the history of Halloween and recreate vintage-style Halloween party favors and decorations popular from the 1920s through the 1950s, at A Vintage Halloween How-To on Sunday, October 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. Leave with several hand-made party favors and decorations gleaned from magazines, party books and how-to pamphlets of the period.
