Meet some of Young At Heart Pet Rescue's awesome adoptable dogs during their monthly meet and greet at the Lake Zurich Petco! Buster, of LZ Patch fame (http://lakezurich.patch.com/articles/buster-the-chow-starts-a-new-life-o...), will be there showing off his brand new three-legged stance from 10 til noon. Prefer kitties to canines? Stop by the Petco Young At Heart Cat Adoption Center, where fantastic feline fosters are more than happy to share a purr or a snuggle. Volunteers will be on hand to accept adoption applications as well as donations to Nina's Pet Food Pantry, a Young At Heart initiative that helps those served by the St. Frances de Sales Food Panty feed for their dogs and cats during trying economic times.
