Sub-Rosa originated in Ancient Greece and means “Under the Rose.” It was understood that when a rose was hung over the table during a closed-door meeting, whatever was discussed did not leave that room. Today, Sub-Rosa implies anything done in secret.

Be the first to experience Sub-Rosa at Deer Park Town Center, a secret dining event showcasing eclectic cuisine, wine, entertainment and culture. Secretly brought to you by Deer Park Town Center & Barrington Cultural Arts Center.

* A portion of all proceeds will benefit Barrington Cultural Arts Center (BCAC). Cost includes tapas style cuisine and three drinks. Must be 21 to attend event.

We've been working with the police to make sure people know where they can park if the Pualus lot is full, and we're getting some signs to direct people to the alternate parking. Please come back and give us a try!
