Have Fun This Fall with Lake Zurich Park District

Lake Zurich Parks & Recreation Department's new fall brochure is out and registration is ongoing.

Lake Zurich residents have a wide variety of activities and events to choice from this fall through the Lake Zurich Park & Recreation.

The Park & Recreation department’s fall brochure is out and registration is ongoing. Registration for nonresidents begins on Monday, Aug. 19. 

A few highlights this fall:

Lake Zurich’s own “Biggest Loser Challenge” runs for 11 weeks. Contestants will learn about proper nutrition, meal replacement options, metabolism and body composition test and more.

It’s Magic with the magic team of Gary Kantor on Sept. 10 and Nov. 6.

Celebrate Halloween with a Monster Bash on Oct. 26.

Glitzy Girlz will host a Daddy/Daughter Jewelry Gift Boutique on Dec. 5, providing materials for a necklace and bracelet for mom. Dads and daughters can create their own unique pieces.

The Park & Recreation continues to offer traditional classes like youth golf, dance and tennis. The department recently expanded its dance program and also offers cardio fitness karate.
