I know you are a busy parent so here are 4 easy, inexpensive and yet incredibly fun family activities to do at home with things you probably already have around the house. 1. Game Night – This is the perfect opportunity to raid the closet or the kids' rooms and pull out some games you never opened or one of your old favorites. Have some great snacks and give out simple prizes to the winners. Invite a neighbor family over to make it more fun.
2. Spa Night – A little pampering will make everyone smile – even Dad! You'd be amazed what you have in the house that can be used to create the Family Spa - aromatherapy candles, foot massager, soothing music, and heated wash cloths. Mmmm.
3. Homemade Pizza Party – Don’t just order pizza in, throw a pizza party and spend time together in the kitchen talking, laughing, and of course, eating good 'za!
4. Family Slumber Party – Why do the kids get to have all the fun? Parents, it's so easy to throw some sleeping bags on the floor in the family room and play spooky or silly slumber party games.
