Lake Zurich Board AWB

The Lake Zurich board is trying to sneak in an "assault weapons" shell ordinance at the July 15th meeting. The purpose of this strategy is to get a generic bill on the books that can be amended later, since part of the CCW bill passed in Springfield preempts attempts by towns to regulate long guns individually, unless they have existing laws on the books.
