Alden Estates of Barrington Ranked 'The Best' By U.S. News & World Report

The staff at Alden Estates of Barrington is celebrating – U.S. News & World Report has ranked the short-term rehabilitation center as one of its 2014 ‘best’ facilities in the nation … for the second consecutive year.

“I have to credit our incredible staff for all they do to provide exceptional patient care,” says Lorrie Woebbeking, administrator. “Our nurses are truly extraordinary in meeting our patients’ needs.”

Alden Estates of Barrington received five stars based on health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care. U.S. News & World Report ranks and displays data for nearly every U.S. nursing facility. The ‘2014 Best’ profiles and ranks facilities using data and quality ratings from the federal government, recognizing those facilities that provide five-star care.

In addition to Alden Estates of Barrington, seven other Alden short-term rehabilitation centers are on the honoree list with five-star ratings: Alden Des Plaines (Des Plaines); Alden Estates of Evanston (Evanston); Alden Estates of Jefferson (Jefferson); Alden Estates of Shorewood (Shorewood); Alden Estates of Skokie (Skokie); Alden Poplar Creek (Hoffman Estates); and Alden Wentworth (Chicago).

“We are committed to continuously providing top-notch care and this recognition from U.S. News & World Report makes it worth it even more,” says Woebbeking.
