 xams are available at no cost to those with Medicare or commercial insur
 ance. There is no co-pay or deductible. Medicare recipients need to have
  been in Medicare at least one year and have not had an annual wellness 
 visit within the last 12 months.\n&nbsp\;\nParticipants receive a person
 al report that outlines their current health and risk status and formula
 tes a personal prevention plan. The exams also are ideal for people who
