Simply show up at Lions Park, 81 E. Main Street, Lake Zurich IL between 9 AM and 4 PM an examine all of the the great deals available. Products range from household furniture and small appliances to tools, clothing, crafts and even jewelry, depending on who is selling what.
Want to Sell Stuff?
Please complete this form and return it with your check for $45, or credit card number and authorization for the charge in that amount. The $45 payment includes the $35 space charge for a 10'x15' exhibit and selling space, plus a $10 refundable clean-up deposit. You can also reserve multiple spots. Upon receiving your application, we will call you to let you know your booth number.
If you have removed all of your exhibit items and cleaned up your space at the end of the final sale day, you will receive your $10 deposit back in cash. If not, the Lake Zurich Lions Club will retain the money to pay for park cleanup. Provisions have been made for you to either donate unsold and unwanted items to a charitable organization at the end of the event or to simply discard them. All cleanup fees must be claimed by the end of the final sale day.
All proceeds from this event support the Lake Zurich Lions Club Scholarship Fund. The Lions Club awards three scholarships each year, totaling more than $10,000, to individuals pursuing advanced education at colleges, universities or vocational schools. Although scholastic scores are important for these scholarships, the LZ Lions Club puts an even greater emphasis on the students' sense of community involvement and financial need.
More About Lake Zurich Lion's Den
The Lake Zurich Lion's Den is the home of the Lake Zurich Alpine Lions Club. The Lions Club meets here at 7:30pm, the first and second Tuesdays of each month. The Club hosts the familiar Candy Day, annual Alpine Festival and parade as well as a candy cane hunt, classic car show, holiday bazaar and market, and a food drive as well as awards scholoarships and other activities. In addition to Lake Zurich, it draws its membership from several surrounding communities.
