The Lake Zurich Lions Club will again be hosting our annual Candy Cane Hunt in Lions Park on the first Sunday in December.
The event, which begins at 1:00 PM, drew over 300 children of all ages last year.
Can goods collection will begin at 10:00am ending at 2:00pm.
Prizes will be awarded to the kids that find the special canes in their respective age brackets.
The children will be divided up in to several age groups:
- Under 3 years old
- 4 to 6 years old
- 7 years and older
Hot Chocolate will be served by the Lions to all who attend, donated by The Lake Zurich Lions
Alpine Fest Wrist Bands
$1.00/ticket or Bring 3 items for the food drive to get 1 ticket for our Wrist Band raffle.
Drawing to be held Sunday December 2nd, 2012 at the Lions Candy Cane Hunt.
Prize is a family fun pack of 4 wristband's and $50.00 in alpine bucks (a $123.00 value, not redeemable for cash)

More About Lake Zurich Lion's Den
The Lake Zurich Lion's Den is the home of the Lake Zurich Alpine Lions Club. The Lions Club meets here at 7:30pm, the first and second Tuesdays of each month. The Club hosts the familiar Candy Day, annual Alpine Festival and parade as well as a candy cane hunt, classic car show, holiday bazaar and market, and a food drive as well as awards scholoarships and other activities. In addition to Lake Zurich, it draws its membership from several surrounding communities.
