Christina finished in 8th place, one place higher than Beijing Olympics 2008, in which she finished in 9th place.
The top three finishers tonight were China, China and Mexico.

Way to go Christina! You made the USA very proud. Must be an amazing feeling to be in the top 10 divers in the entire world. WOW, what a spectacular accomplishment that you will carry with you the rest of your life. Hope she gets to enjoy some of the Olympics now as a spectator :)
