Police Blotter: Warrant Arrest, Suspended License

The following incidents were among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Rene Garcia, 32, who resides at 201 S. Buesching Road #204 in Lake Zurich was charged with failure to signal when required, driving while her registration is suspended and driving while her driver’s license is suspended. She was stopped on Feb. 24 on Mohawk Trail at S. Old Rand Road in Lake Zurich. Garcia was issued a Mundelein court date of April 5 and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
Louise D. Rosario, 37, who resides at 25190 Pawnee Road in North Barrington, was charged with improper lane usage, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while her driver’s license is suspended. She was stopped on Feb. 25 on Route 12 at Golfview Road in Lake Zurich. Rosario was issued a Mundelein court date of April 5 and was released after posting $200 cash bond.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
The complainant reported an unknown subject(s) damaged the vehicle wiperblade and side mirror without permission while it was parked in the 900 block of Ensell Road in Lake Zurich on Feb. 24. The estimated damage is valued at $350. This matter is pending further investigation.
Jovan R. Stubbs, 50, who resides at 6558 South Campbell Avenue in Chicago was arrested on a warrant. He was stopped on Feb. 24 on S. Old Rand Road at Cardinal Drive in Lake Zurich. The warrant is out of Lake County for failure to appear. The warrant number is W12T2176 and the bond amount was set at $35,000, of which 10 percent applies. Stubbs was unable to post bond and was held at the Lake Zurich Police Department to await a bond hearing.
