The new LA Fitness Club at 825 S. Rand Rd. is likely to open next week, manager Mike Whitmer told Lake Zurich Patch. Although, the club has yet to announce a specific day, the construction is moving ahead on schedule and an opening is expected sometime next week.

Whitmer encourages area residents to "feel better, be better" and join the new club. Sales representatives can be found in front of the club or at the pre-sales office at 925 S. Rand. Rd.

The 43,000-square-foot club will include a 25-yard lap pool, state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, free weights, a basketball court, whirlpool, spa, a kids klub for babysitting, a juice bar and numerous classes. Other amenities include leagues, personal training and a cycle room with 48 cycle bikes.
