The funeral service for Harry V. Vlahos, 50, of Lake Zurich will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 133 S. Roselle Rd., Palatine.

Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.  

Harry was born December 29, 1961 in Chicago, and passed away Thursday, March 22, at the University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago.

He was a great uncle and loved his nieces and nephews. Survivors include his mother, Kathy V. Vlahos (nee Chronis); sister, Helen (Darren) Cox; brother, Nick (Eleni) Vlahos; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Nicole and Joseph Cox, and Katerina, Anna and Sophia Vlahos.

Harry was preceded in death by his father, Victor H. Vlahos.
