Visitation for George W. Pazdernick, 70, of Forest Lake since 1976, will be held Friday, March 23, from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.
Interment will be private.
George was born August 14, 1941 in Bessemer, MI; he passed away peacefully in his sleep, Saturday, March 17 at his home.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Margaret C. Pazdernick (nee Joseph); sons Donald (Sheila) Rowe and John (Carol ) Pazdernick; grandchildren Megan Pazdernick, Melanie (Victor) Ayala, Erica (Robert) Juenger and Ryan (Kelley) Peterson; eight great-grandchildren; father John Bernard (Carol) Pazdernik; brother David (Nancy Young) Pazdernik; and sisters Dorothy (Doug) Grubola and Linda (Tom) Brisbane.
George was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Sheppard (nee Parent).
