Gacy's Nephew on Trial for Sexual Abuse in Woodstock
John Wayne Gacy's nephew, an Algonquin man, is charged with abusing a 12-year-old girl last year. The case is being argued in a Woodstock courtroom, the "Northwest Herald" Reports.
An Algonquin man is now on trial for sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl during a number of encounters in 2011, according to the Northwest Herald.
The defendant, Raymond M. Kasper, 49, is a nephew to infamous serial killer John Wayne Gacy. The Northwest Herald reports the judge previously ruled that information could not be given to jurors, due to its irrelevence to the case.
The jury trial began Tuesday and is being heard in a Woodstock courtroom, the article reports.
