Why Go?: Family Adventure Night features the rock climbing wall and high ropes course. Participants must be 5 years old or older to climb the wall and at least 5 feet tall to use the ropes course.

2. Lake Zurich Heritage Farmers Market
Where/When: Lions Park, 81 E. Main St.; 3 - 7 p.m., Friday, June 17.
Why Go?: Shop for locally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables, and hand-made items directly from artists. Rain or shine.

3. Knight Music Academy Open House
Where/When: Knight Music Academy, 579 N. Rand Road; 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday, June 18.
Why Go?: Participate in the instrument "petting zoo" and meet the exceptional staff at the academy.

4. Panera Bread Father's Day Card Decorating and Trivia Night
Where / When: Panera Bread, 20533 N. Rand Road., Deer Park; 4 - 6 p.m., Sunday, June 19.
Why Go?: Dads and kids are invited to come to Panera. Kids will decorate a Father's Day card and answer trivia questions to see who knows their dad best. Have milk and cookies together, too!
