This week's Chowdown Showdown asked readers who serves the best chili and here are the results.

This week's food poll centered on chili. We did have a winner, but we didn't get many votes.
The lack of votes leads us to believe that either Lake Zurich and Barrington residents don't care much for chili or that their favorite bowl of chili is home-cooked.
When all the votes (LOL) in our contest were tallied, the winner was Dock's in Wauconda.

What about one of the following: Ribs,Steak,Prime Rib, Brunch or simply Breakfast?

How about burgers. I agree with Dennis too, especially breakfast. May have to try specific food groups like pancakes & waffles, donuts & rolls, eggs & other.
